These terms govern the operational relationship between Maple Stay Hub ("The Studio") and the contracting entity ("The Client"). By initiating a project or accessing our services, you agree to these protocols.
// 01. Scope of Service
The Studio provides digital design services, including but not limited to 3D asset creation, UI/UX design, concept art, and visual effects for interactive media.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) for each mission.
// 02. Intellectual Property (IP)
Work for Hire: Upon full payment of all fees, The Studio assigns 100% of the intellectual property rights for the final deliverables to The Client.
Portfolio Rights: The Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio, website, and social channels for promotional purposes, unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prohibits such display.
// 03. Payment Protocols
- Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initialize any contract.
- Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon final approval of deliverables, prior to the release of high-resolution source files.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in CAD or USD.
// 04. Revisions & Iterations
Standard contracts include two (2) rounds of revisions per milestone. Additional iterations requested by The Client outside of the original scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
// 05. Liability & Termination
The Studio is not liable for any lost profits or damages arising from the use of our deliverables. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such events, The Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
